No bake pineapple and strawberry pudding...!!!


         Is there anyone who doesn't love desserts..??? Today I am going to share a very simple recipe of Pineapple and strawberry bread pudding , it does not required much of a cooking skill to make it, it's simple , easy and quick, you can make it within minutes.

Ingredients-
8 slices of white bread without sides or you can take sandwich bread
1 cup of pineapple tidbits
1 cup of pineapple juice in which pineapple comes or sugar syrup if you are taking fresh pineapple
1/2 tbsp of castor sugar
1/2 cup of strawberry squash
2  cups of fresh cream
Shredded chocolate for garnishing

Method-

Take a rectangular shaped bowl place breads in the bottom and cover the bottom completely now soak them in pineapple juice as required now put Pineapple tidbits on top and spread cream (whisked with1/2 tbspof sugar) now make the second layer of bread and soak breads in sugar syrup and spread strawberry squash then spread cream and refrigerate for one  hour then decorate it with shredded chocolates on top.

Pistachio kheer...!!!


       Today I am going to surprise you all with very innovative dish of mine...PISTACHIO KHEER...
  Try  to make it as you will love to eat as well as serve it to anyone you love, your friends, family and guest and I am sure no one will be able to recognize that their are peas in it..


Ingredients-

250 gms or 1 cup Peas (Only fresh)
1 kg Milk
1/2 cup Sugar or as per Taste
1  tbsp Ghee (unsalted clarified butter) For Roasting Peas + 1 tsp for Roasting All purpose Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour + 1 cup of milk
1 tsp Green cardamom powder(Elaichi powder)
1 tbsp Saffron syrup (kesar soaked in milk)
Nuts and Pistachios for Decoration

Method-

Coarsely grind peas in a grinder, Put 1 tbsp of ghee in wok roast freshly grind peas for 5 minutes n keep stirring while you roast it, add milk and let it boil, now take another pan and roast all purpose flour or maida with 1 tsp of ghee and let it cool then add 1 cup of milk to it slowly and keep stirring with the help of whisk then add this into kheer , add sugar cook till its  thick and turn into kheer like consistency, add 1 tsp of elaichi powder and saffron syrup and add nuts of your choice (cashew, almond, pistachios, coarsely grinded) cook  for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Chill in the fridge for two hours and decorate with pistachios and green cardamom powder on top and serve.
